The Food

From Jenny’s choice, it was clear that she loves eating healthy and nutritional food, so I was not surprised that she chose Thai cuisine. I decided to make Thai Red Chicken Curry.

It would be easy for me to use store bought Thai curry paste, which also usually tastes delicious. However, I take this as a challenge and opportunity to enhance my cooking skills. I have decided to make my own red Thai curry paste. It has taken me three different asian shops to find one particular ingredient and two tries to make it less spicy. On the day, the curry turned out absolutely delicious, as confirmed by Jenny.

As per usual, I used the recipe from this website.
