Episode 6 – George Anderson: Wellbeing & Performance coach

George Anderson

George Anderson is a wellbeing and performance expert with 20 years of experience as a coach, trainer and speaker.

He works with individuals and organisations to help them take more action towards improving their physical and mental wellbeing, resilience and performance, in the workplace and beyond.

George’s three key messages:

  1. Reframe Stress and Discomfort
  2. Keep an eye on the big picture, but focus on the next step you need to take
  3. Set goals to challenge and change you, not just to achieve an end

The food

George is a fan of katsu curry, and this was a lovely recipe to make. I used the recipe from Atsuko Ikeda’s cookbook, as I do in my many episodes. 

If you are a fan of Japanese cooking, you might want to invest in this book. All recipes are easy to follow and delicious!
